Message	what are the odds that he'd foot the bill for me? Hell if he wanted to just send me a cheque and say "buy your own lugs" I'd be thrilled. "yeah right" comes to mind, though. The answer to your question is "because there was no rush". I figured my lugs were coming, I had reason to figure this, my stock tires/wheels are in fine shape, it's worth more to me to wait for my prepaid lugs and be without my Volks for a month (generous shipping time from when he said he'd ship them out) than to blow the $80 on having my Volks a month sooner. If I would have known they weren't coming, I would have bought them the next day.
